Rangeland Energy announced that the company and its financial sponsor EnCap Flatrock Midstream have entered into a definitive agreement to sell Rangeland Midstream Canada Ltd. to Kingston Midstream Alberta Limited in an all-cash transaction. An overall transaction value has not been released.

Rangeland Energy today announced that it has secured a $300 million growth equity commitment from EnCap Flatrock Midstream to support the formation of a new entity, Rangeland Energy IV, LLC. Rangeland IV will continue to pursue midstream acquisitions and development opportunities in both conventional and unconventional resource plays across the U.S. and Canada, as well as new opportunities in decarbonized infrastructure.

Rangeland Midstream Canada

Rangeland Midstream Canada, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rangeland Energy III LLC, announced its Headwater Pump Station was commissioned in January 2022. The new pump station, part of the Marten Hills Pipeline System in northern Alberta, is needed specifically to service the increasing volumes of crude oil from Headwater Exploration Inc. (TSX: HWX).

Rangeland Midstream Canada, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rangeland Energy III LLC, today announced that its Marten Hills Pipeline System is in service. The system consists of new crude oil and condensate pipelines located in the Marten Hills region of north central Alberta. The Marten Hills Pipeline System extends approximately 85 kilometres (52.8 miles), terminating at an interconnect with Plains Midstream Canada’s Rainbow Pipeline System, which serves the Edmonton, Alberta, hub and refining market.

The Marten Hills system is expected to come into service in the second quarter of 2020.

Rangeland Energy III, LLC anuncian hoy el inicio de sus operaciones en su terminal STEPS, ubicada en Corpus Christi, Texas, con efecto el Lunes, 4 de junio. Rangeland también anunció que en Junio la compañía comenzaraá a cargar diesel en carro tanques de ferrocarril para un cliente líder en la industria de productos refinados. El diesel será entregado a un tercero con terminales en México utilizando el sistema ferroviario de Kansas City Southern Railways (NYSE: KSU).

Rangeland Energy III, LLC announced that operations commenced at its STEPS terminal in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Monday, June 4. Rangeland also announced that in June the company will begin loading diesel onto railcars for a leading refined products customer. The diesel will be delivered to third-party inland terminals in Mexico via the Kansas City Southern Railway (NYSE: KSU).

Rangeland Energy announced that the company and its financial sponsor EnCap Flatrock Midstream have entered into a definitive agreement to sell Rangeland Energy II, LLC (“Rangeland II”) to Tesoro Refining & Marketing Company LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Andeavor (NYSE: ANDV) for an undisclosed amount. Rangeland II owns and operates the RIO System, a multipart crude oil and frac sand logistics system originating in the heart of the Delaware Basin. The system provides access and optionality to multiple crude oil producers and end markets and consists of the RIO Pipeline System and the RIO Hub.
