Jorge Villarreal

Jorge Villarreal joined Rangeland Energy in 2013. He has worked for over 20 years in oil and gas.  Prior to Rangeland, Jorge held various engineering and project management positions at Florida Gas Transmission, Buckeye Partners and Plains All American Pipeline.  He was responsible for the engineering, design and construction of large-capital pipeline and facility projects.  Jorge was a key member of Rangeland II and III, including the engineering and construction of the RIO Pipeline System in West Texas.

Mr. Villarreal has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado.  He is a retired naval officer with over 20 years of active and reserve service, with his last duty at the Office of Naval Research.
