From 2011-2012, Rangeland developed the COLT Hub, North Dakota's largest open-access, crude oil marketing hub. COLT was acquired in late 2012. Today, Rangeland is continuing to develop the RIO System in the Delaware Basin and STEPS, an integrated logistics system that will receive and store refined products, LPG and other hydrocarbons at a new terminal hub located in Corpus Christi, Texas, and transport them to Mexico.
