ND $70 Million OIl Terminal Construction Starts

Rangeland Energy of Sugar Land, TX started work this month on its crude oil terminal and rail loading facility on a 274-acre site in Epping, ND, along with a 20-mile pipeline. The $70 million project will be completed by January, 2012 and will provide connection for multiple downstream markets. More than 100 workers are involved in building the new COLT Hub. Local contractors participating in the project include: Williams County Abstract, AGRI Industries, Gratech Company, Ltd., Interstate Engineering, Inc., Zeltinger Geotechical Engineering PC, CLS Contract Land Staff, and Rocky Mountain Fabricators.
